First Meal of the Day!

Whether it is morning sickness that has you down, or just the heat, getting that first meal of the day in can be difficult. Every person is going to be different, but we love this idea for a light, easy breakfast. No strong smells to make you nauseous and it can cover all your nutritional needs.

Summer Berry Yogurt Parfait

 

1 cup of berries (frozen berries are especially good if you warm them)

1 cup of Liberte Mediterranean Vanilla Yogurt

1/2 cup of granola*

1 Tbsp flax seeds

2 Tbsp Pumpkin seeds

 

*you can make your own granola or buy premade granola

 

You can mix up and play with this recipe anyway you want! Add any in-season fruits, dried fruit, hemp hearts, or nuts. Mix and match so that every morning is something different.
