Gratitude: Meaghan
This week, there is an influx of posts on Facebook about gratitude. The idea is 30 days of gratitude, for different things, shared with friends, family, and colleagues. After all, what you focus on, expands. If you focus on gratitude, the things you are grateful for will expand and grow.
This concept is wonderful. Showing and expressing gratitude, not just in your heart, but to the world, is a beautiful thing. It can be an opportunity to show someone that their actions impacted you in a big way. You may use this as an opportunity to express thanks to someone whose kind words have stuck with you over time.
We are going to try doing this as Toronto Family doulas. Don’t worry, we won’t post every day! But a few times this month we are going to check in with you all and show you the things we are grateful for, one at a time. We aren’t going to follow a set schedule, but we are going to use real pictures from our lives! This is a chance for a snapshot into our worlds.
First up is Meaghan!
My boys, who keep me on my toes every day.
Our friends, who are always good for a listening ear, or a good laugh.
My mom, who has been there whenever I needed her.
ProDoula, who taught me #Iamenough and who led me to Alex!
My husband, who supports me always, no matter how crazy my ideas.
